MONTORO Ylan Henri Philippe – EI (Online Corps)
64 Avenue de Bordeaux, 11100 Narbonne, France

Version2026-08-17
Applies toYour account & the platform
01
Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Online Corps website and platform (the "Service"), operated by MONTORO Ylan Henri Philippe – EI ("we", "us", "Online Corps"). They apply to anyone browsing the Service and, more specifically, to anyone who creates a user account.

These Terms cover the use of the platform itself (accounts, hosting tools, code editor, ARIA assistant, support area, dashboards). They do not govern the purchase of a specific pack, subscription or service — that is covered by our Terms & Conditions of Sale — nor the license granted over the digital content you download, which is covered by our License Agreement. Where these documents overlap, the more specific document governs the specific point it addresses.

02
Creating and using an account

To use certain features (purchasing packs, managing a subscription, accessing the client panel, requesting support) you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Accounts are personal. Unless a specific offer explicitly allows shared or team access (for example a plan billed per seat), an account may not be shared, sold, rented, or used simultaneously by several people. If shared access is required for your use case, contact us to discuss an appropriate plan.

03
Account security
Important

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We are not liable for losses caused by a failure to keep your credentials confidential, except where that failure results from our own negligence (for example, a security flaw in the Service itself).

04
Acceptable use
Important

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Access or attempt to access another user's account, data, or files without authorization;
  • Circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass any security, licensing, quota, or access-control mechanism of the Service;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or engage in any form of unauthorized intrusion, hacking, or denial-of-service activity;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk communications, or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that degrades it for other users, without our prior written consent;
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service itself (as opposed to purchased digital products, which are governed separately by the License Agreement) without a written agreement with us.
05
Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and operational, and publish live status information at online-corps.net/status/. The Service is nonetheless provided on an "as available" basis: we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may suspend access for maintenance, security, or upgrade purposes, with notice where reasonably possible.

06
Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, in whole or in part, in case of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms (including the acceptable-use rules above), suspected fraud, or a legal obligation to do so. Where reasonably possible and where the breach is not a security emergency, we will give you notice and an opportunity to explain or remedy the situation first.

You may close your account at any time from your client panel or by contacting [email protected]. Closing an account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of past purchases — see our Refund Policy. Some data may be retained after account deletion where required by law (e.g. accounting records) — see our Privacy Policy for retention periods.

07
Responsibilities and liability

You are responsible for the content you upload, submit, or generate through the Service and for your compliance with applicable law while using it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have, our liability for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from use of the Service is excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury).

08
Intellectual property

The Service itself — its code, design, trademarks, and content — is protected by intellectual property rights held by Online Corps or its licensors, as detailed on our Intellectual Property page. Using the Service does not transfer any of these rights to you, except the limited rights explicitly granted in the License Agreement for products you purchase.

09
Related policies

These Terms work together with the following documents, all incorporated by reference:

10
Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protection granted to you by the law of your country of residence if you are a consumer based in the European Union. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect is the one published on this page, dated above.

Not legal advice This page describes a standard contractual framework and does not constitute legal advice. Some clauses (in particular around liability and suspension) should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before being relied upon in a dispute.
