Policy

All products sold on Online Corps (packs, subscription plans) are digital and delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Payment is processed through Stripe. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is marked as paid and access is granted to your account automatically.

• Packs — appear under My Packs in your client panel (My Space) once payment is confirmed.
• Subscriptions — activated automatically on your account and manageable from the Subscription area, including renewal date and status.

Access is normally granted within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Card payments are confirmed by Stripe in real time in most cases; some payment methods (for example those requiring bank-side confirmation) can take longer to settle, in which case your order may briefly show as "processing" before access is unlocked.

Where a pack is delivered as downloadable files, the download is made available through your authenticated client panel rather than a public, unauthenticated link, to protect the license granted under our License Agreement. Access remains available for as long as your account exists and the corresponding purchase record is retained, unless a specific offer states a different access duration.

If you experience any of the following, contact [email protected] with your order ID:

• Payment confirmed but the pack does not appear in "My Packs";
• A downloaded file appears corrupted or incomplete;
• A download link or access page returns an error;
• You lost access to a product you are still entitled to.

We will investigate and, where the issue is on our side, restore access or provide a working copy at no extra cost. If access genuinely cannot be restored and the fault is ours, see our Refund Policy.
