Applies to all digital packs, templates, scripts, and other digital products sold on Online Corps.
When you buy a pack or digital product from Online Corps, you are purchasing a license to use that product under the conditions below — you do not become the owner of the underlying intellectual property (copyright, source code rights, design rights, or any other IP right). Online Corps, or the relevant third-party licensor described in Section 4, retains ownership at all times.
Subject to full payment and compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
The exact scope (personal-only vs. professional use, number of end-products, whether a commercial royalty applies) is set by the specific listing/offer for each pack at the time of purchase. Where a pack's product page states different or additional terms, those terms apply in addition to this Agreement.
Unless you have separate written authorization from Online Corps, you may not:
These restrictions exist to protect the work of Online Corps and of the third-party creators whose components may be included in a pack. They are not intended to prevent normal, licensed use of the product you purchased.
A pack sold by Online Corps may combine content from different sources, each governed by different rules:
| Category | Who owns it | What this Agreement covers |
|---|---|---|
| Content developed by Online Corps | Online Corps | Fully covered by this Agreement. |
| Third-party licensed content | Original author / licensor | Covered by this Agreement and that component's own license, whichever is more restrictive. |
| Open-source components | Respective open-source authors | Governed by their own license (MIT, GPL, Apache, etc.), not overridden by this Agreement. |
| Third-party commercial software | The third-party vendor | Not covered at all — you must hold your own valid license with that vendor. |
Online Corps does not claim ownership over third-party software, open-source components, or commercial tools that a pack references or depends on. Where a pack's folder includes a LICENSE, README, or attribution file, that file's terms govern your use of that component and must not be removed.
Some packs may be exploited commercially beyond the "professional / client use" described in Section 2 — for example, reselling a finished product built from the pack at scale, or operating a SaaS built on top of it. Where that applies, a separate Commercial License must be accepted before that kind of use begins. If unsure, contact [email protected] before proceeding.
A serious or repeated breach of this Agreement (in particular unauthorized redistribution or piracy) may result in suspension of your account and access to purchased products, without prejudice to any other remedy available to Online Corps or third-party rightsholders under applicable law. Any damages claimed will be assessed based on actual harm caused and, where relevant, determined by a competent court — this Agreement does not set an automatic or arbitrary penalty amount.
To report suspected piracy or unauthorized redistribution of a pack, see our Copyright / IP Infringement page.
This license is granted for as long as the underlying product remains lawfully in your possession. Online Corps may revoke a license granted in error (for example, following a confirmed fraudulent purchase or a refund) without affecting licenses validly granted to other customers.
