01
Purchase ≠ ownership transfer
Important

When you buy a pack or digital product from Online Corps, you are purchasing a license to use that product under the conditions below — you do not become the owner of the underlying intellectual property (copyright, source code rights, design rights, or any other IP right). Online Corps, or the relevant third-party licensor described in Section 4, retains ownership at all times.

02
License granted to you

Subject to full payment and compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Personal use — use the pack for your own personal or internal projects;
  • Professional / client use — where the specific pack's listing says so, use the pack within professional projects you deliver to a client, provided the pack itself is not resold or handed over as a standalone deliverable;
  • Use within authorized projects — integrate the pack into a finished product or website you build, publish, or sell, as long as the pack's files are not extractable/redistributable as-is in a way that lets a third party obtain and reuse the original source files.

The exact scope (personal-only vs. professional use, number of end-products, whether a commercial royalty applies) is set by the specific listing/offer for each pack at the time of purchase. Where a pack's product page states different or additional terms, those terms apply in addition to this Agreement.

03
Prohibited uses
Important

Unless you have separate written authorization from Online Corps, you may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the pack or any of its files, in whole or in part, as a standalone product;
  • Share the pack's files with people who have not purchased it themselves;
  • Publish, upload, or mirror the pack's files on file-sharing platforms, cloud drives with public links, Discord servers, Telegram channels, forums, torrents, or any other distribution channel;
  • Make the pack publicly downloadable or accessible in any form;
  • Sell or share copies of the pack, including "bundled" or repackaged copies;
  • Share, sell, or publish license keys or access credentials tied to a purchase;
  • Circumvent, remove, or disable any license check, watermark, or access-protection mechanism included with the pack;
  • Create, host, or distribute a cracked, "nulled", or otherwise unauthorized copy of the pack;
  • Remove copyright, author, or license notices included in the pack's files, where present.

These restrictions exist to protect the work of Online Corps and of the third-party creators whose components may be included in a pack. They are not intended to prevent normal, licensed use of the product you purchased.

04
What's inside a pack — three sources of rights

A pack sold by Online Corps may combine content from different sources, each governed by different rules:

CategoryWho owns itWhat this Agreement covers
Content developed by Online CorpsOnline CorpsFully covered by this Agreement.
Third-party licensed contentOriginal author / licensorCovered by this Agreement and that component's own license, whichever is more restrictive.
Open-source componentsRespective open-source authorsGoverned by their own license (MIT, GPL, Apache, etc.), not overridden by this Agreement.
Third-party commercial softwareThe third-party vendorNot covered at all — you must hold your own valid license with that vendor.

Online Corps does not claim ownership over third-party software, open-source components, or commercial tools that a pack references or depends on. Where a pack's folder includes a LICENSE, README, or attribution file, that file's terms govern your use of that component and must not be removed.

05
Commercial exploitation

Some packs may be exploited commercially beyond the "professional / client use" described in Section 2 — for example, reselling a finished product built from the pack at scale, or operating a SaaS built on top of it. Where that applies, a separate Commercial License must be accepted before that kind of use begins. If unsure, contact [email protected] before proceeding.

06
Breach and enforcement

A serious or repeated breach of this Agreement (in particular unauthorized redistribution or piracy) may result in suspension of your account and access to purchased products, without prejudice to any other remedy available to Online Corps or third-party rightsholders under applicable law. Any damages claimed will be assessed based on actual harm caused and, where relevant, determined by a competent court — this Agreement does not set an automatic or arbitrary penalty amount.

To report suspected piracy or unauthorized redistribution of a pack, see our Copyright / IP Infringement page.

07
Term

This license is granted for as long as the underlying product remains lawfully in your possession. Online Corps may revoke a license granted in error (for example, following a confirmed fraudulent purchase or a refund) without affecting licenses validly granted to other customers.
