Digital packs, subscriptions and services purchased on Online Corps.
If you are a consumer purchasing from the European Union, you normally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately after payment (such as a pack made available for download right after checkout), EU consumer law allows you to lose that right early — but only if the merchant obtains your prior express consent to immediate delivery and your explicit acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
At checkout, before payment, you are asked to confirm that you have read and accept our Terms & Conditions of Sale and this Refund Policy. Where a purchase involves digital content delivered immediately, that confirmation also serves as your express request for immediate delivery and your acknowledgment that your withdrawal right ends once delivery begins, as required by applicable law. We do not treat "all digital products are non-refundable" as an absolute rule — the specific legal situation depends on whether that consent was properly obtained for your order.
A refund or credit may be requested in the following situations:
Contact [email protected] with your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and, where a refund is due, to process it to the original payment method via Stripe.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but, unless a refund is due under Section 2, does not retroactively refund the period already paid for; you keep access until the end of that paid period. Details of renewal timing are available in your subscription dashboard.
