General framework for individualized agreements between Online Corps and specific users.
Beyond standard pack/subscription purchases, Online Corps may enter into individualized, written agreements with specific users — for example a Partnership agreement under which Online Corps ("Party A") makes personnel available to a client or partner ("Party B"). This page explains the general framework those agreements follow. It is not itself a contract and does not create any obligation by being read — an actual agreement only exists once one has been issued to your account and you have accepted it.
Individualized agreements are created for a specific account, addressed to a specific user, and delivered through that user's client panel. An agreement only becomes binding once the recipient has actively accepted it — reading it is not acceptance, and a merely issued (not yet accepted) agreement creates no obligation on either side.

Every clause in one of these agreements falls into one of six categories, so the resulting document stays unambiguous rather than open-ended:
The exact scope — working arrangements, exclusivity, duration, liability for the personnel made available — is defined individually for each agreement; nothing on this general page should be read as applying automatically to a specific relationship.
Accepting or declining an agreement through the client panel is recorded with a timestamp. That record is what makes a "subject to the other party's agreement" clause enforceable — the document itself does not grant consent on anyone's behalf.
A Partnership Agreement is a separate, individually issued document. It does not replace our general Terms of Service, which continue to govern your account and use of the platform generally.
