Agreements

A clear, written way to formalize what Online Corps and you agree to.

Beyond standard pack and subscription purchases, Online Corps can enter into individualized written agreements with specific account holders — for example a Partnership agreement covering personnel made available to a client. The Agreements system is where those are proposed, reviewed, and accepted, directly from your client panel.

What it's for

Three situations where a normal purchase isn't the right fit, and an individualized agreement is.

01

Partnerships & staff provision

Online Corps makes personnel available to a client under agreed conditions — scope, exclusivity, and limits defined explicitly rather than assumed.

02

Custom terms outside a standard offer

Your situation doesn't match an existing pack, subscription, or service listing, and needs its own written terms both sides actually agree to.

03

Anything that needs a documented "yes"

Whenever a commitment needs a timestamped record of who agreed to what — not just an email exchange that's easy to lose track of.

How an agreement is structured

Every agreement is built from clauses. Each clause is exactly one of six kinds, so nothing is left ambiguous — "A" is always Online Corps, "B" is always you.

Clause kindMeaning
A commits toSomething Online Corps agrees to do
B commits toSomething you agree to do
A may notSomething Online Corps is not allowed to do
B may notSomething you are not allowed to do
A may not — unless B agreesOnline Corps needs your explicit sign-off first
B may not — unless A agreesYou need Online Corps' explicit sign-off first

How to use it from your panel

Two ways an agreement comes to exist: Online Corps sends you one, or you request one.

1

Open "Mes Accords" in your client panel

Log in, then go to My Space → Mes Accords. You'll see any agreement Online Corps has sent you, and any request you've made yourself.

2

Received one from Online Corps? Read it, then Accept or Decline

Open it to review every clause. Accepting or declining is recorded with a timestamp — that record is what makes the agreement (or a "B may not, unless A agrees" clause) actually enforceable.

3

Want to propose one yourself? Click "Demander un accord"

Pick a type (e.g. Partnership), write a title and context, and add your proposed clauses. This sends a request to Online Corps — it doesn't commit either side until it's approved.

4

Track the outcome, or withdraw a pending request

Every agreement shows its current status — pending, accepted, declined, or withdrawn. While your own request is still pending, you can withdraw it at any time.
